You acknowledge that the accuracy of any generated transport estimate is directly contingent upon the precision of your input data. You agree to provide truthful, accurate vessel dimensions (overall length, beam at widest point, and keel-to-hardtop height) and geographical coordinates.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying interstate highway bridge clearances, local state DOT permit conditions, and marina Travelift haul-out capacity prior to dispatching any overland or waterborne transport rig.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Prohibited Uses
All calculation logic, source code, interactive user interfaces, proprietary rate weighting algorithms, articles, and graphic assets are the exclusive intellectual property of the site operators and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
